Update on Club WWE ‘founding member’ benefits

Club WWE

WWE’s new membership program has now arrived with Club WWE launching its early preview version on Friday.

Priced at $99 per year, Club WWE sign-ups are now open for “founding members.” Those who join at launch receive an exclusive kit of items that includes a match-used ring canvas collectible, a lanyard, and a pin that WWE says has a “personal note” from John Cena to members:

  • Every Founding Member receives an exclusive kit including a match-used ring canvas acrylic collectible, a Club WWE exclusive lanyard, and a Founder pin with a personal note to members from John Cena. A value of $99 on day 1.

The other benefits of Club WWE include ticket pre-sale access, exclusive merchandise, bonus content, a community forum, and a points-based rewards system. A new interview with Cena conducted by Tom Rinaldi is among the bonus content that’s available.

WWE hyped that founding members also receive:

  • BONUS POINTS: Founding Members earn bonus points from day one to get a head start on rewards.
  • PREMIUM CONTENT PREVIEW: Backstage moments, Superstar shows, interview exclusives, and extended wrestling content you can’t find anywhere else.
  • FIRST LOOK AT THE DIGITAL EXPERIENCE: Be a part of the first group of fans to explore the Club WWE digital experience before the full launch. See what membership looks like and what is coming next.
  • SUMMERSLAM TICKET OFFER: Founding Members get an exclusive ticket offer for SummerSlam. More details to come.

July 31 is when the founding member preview ends and the full launch of Club WWE begins.

John Cena’s Club WWE involvement —

Cena, who has become an ambassador for WWE after his in-ring retirement, has been prominently featured in the promotion of Club WWE. He voiced the announcement video for the membership program that first aired in April. He then teased that he would have something special relating to Club WWE when he appeared at Backlash in May, but he instead announced the “John Cena Classic,” an upcoming event that’s targeted for late 2026 but still does not have a date or location set.

It remains to be seen if Club WWE will play any part in the fan voting for the John Cena Classic Champion. Cena has said it’s important to him that the voting process is fair and cannot be sabotaged or hijacked.
