A popular celebrity from the Rock ‘n’ Wrestling era looks to have a new relationship with WWE.

Two-time Grammy and one-time Slammy award winner Cyndi Lauper recently received her first WWE action figure, and according to a new report, could be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame down the road.

On Thursday, WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select reported that WWE’s relationship with Lauper has been “strengthened,” and noted that the chances of Lauper being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame are “higher than ever.”

The report continued to say, however, that a Hall of Fame induction is unlikely for 2027 and that the relationship between the two sides is currently limited to licensing, but more could be planned in the future.

On Wednesday, the Mattel Creations page revealed a three-pack action figure set based on a 1984 Piper’s Pit segment with Lauper, Roddy Piper, and Captain Lou Albano. The set will go on sale beginning July 23.
