Women’s WarGames match official for WWE Survivor Series

The women’s WarGames match is official for WWE Survivor Series and the teams are set.

A week after Asuka turned on Bianca Belair, Shotzi, & Charlotte Flair on SmackDown, Asuka officially joined Damage CTRL on this week’s SmackDown and the gauntlet was thrown down for a WarGames match at Survivor Series with Asuka, IYO SKY, Bayley, & Kairi Sane on one team. Belair, Flair, & Shotzi would make up the other team, and a show-long storyline commenced on SmackDown with Damage CTRL attacking potential partners backstage.

In the show-closing angle, Becky Lynch made a surprise appearance to join the Belair, Flair, & Shotzi team, and the match was officially announced for next Saturday’s Survivor Series pay-per-view.

WWE later announced that a fan vote will determine which team in the women’s WarGames bout will have the order of entry advantage as part of a sponsorship deal with Ruffles:

The current Survivor Series lineup is as follows:

WWE Survivor Series, Saturday, November 25, 8 p.m. Eastern time on Peacock & WWE Network —
