WWE confirms MetLife Stadium as WrestleMania 35 host venue

While the location has been all but official for the last few months, WWE will be announcing tomorrow that WrestleMania 35 is coming to MetLife Stadium in New Jersey.

WWE announced via the New York Post tonight that there will be a press conference at the stadium at 11 a.m. Eastern time tomorrow morning to officially confirm the news. That came after NJ.com first reported that the press conference would be to reveal MetLife as the host venue.

Dave Meltzer confirmed in January that WrestleMania 35 would be taking place at MetLife Stadium on April 7th, 2019. Like with New Orleans this year, it’s a fairly quick return to the New York/New Jersey area for WWE after WrestleMania 29 was held at MetLife in 2013.

WWE’s events surrounding WrestleMania 35 (the Hall of Fame ceremony, NXT TakeOver, Raw, and SmackDown) will be taking place at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.
