WWE says Triplemania XXXIII “shattered” records across the board.

The company issued a press release on Monday stating that Saturday’s event in Mexico City was the highest-grossing and most viewed Triplemania in history.

According to the release, Triplemania has drawn more than 4.3 million views across WWE and AAA’s YouTube channels. The peak live concurrent audience for the show was reportedly 614,000.

The event from Arena CDMX in Mexico City is also said to have set AAA’s all-time records for gate, attendance, and merchandise sales, despite Mr. Iguana’s La Yeska dolls not being available for purchase (as noted by Bryan Alvarez on latest Bryan & Vinny Show).

WWE also touted social media engagement from the show, writing:

“On X, #Triplemania was the No.1 trending topic in the United States and Mexico on Saturday, and a record 208 million views were generated across official AAA and WWE social platforms.”

Additionally, WWE announced the first match for next month’s Worlds Collide event. Dominik Mysterio will challenge El Hijo del Vikingo for the AAA Mega Championship in a singles match.
