WWE SmackDown London ticket sales update with show up against England World Cup game

WWE SmackDown will be taping at the O2 Arena in London, England on Tuesday, June 23rd. The taping will be taking place the same night as England’s World Cup 2026 game against Ghana, but has that affected the ticket sales in any way?

4,483 tickets have been distributed for the show, according to the latest report from WrestleTix. That is up +563 since the last update (8 days ago). The current cheapest ticket available for standard admission is £71.80.

For context, the last time WWE ran the building was for the 3/31/2025 episode of Raw, which saw 16,276 tickets distributed. The current setup for the show is 8,683 seats, which is nearly half what the company managed to distribute for that aforementioned episode of RAW.

WWE SmackDown vs England FIFA World Cup 2026 game

The taping will happen around the time of the World Cup game between England and Ghana. The taping is expected to start at around 7pm, so likely ending around 9pm-9:30pm. The kickoff time for the England game is 9pm BST, so there will be a lot of fans who would have gone to the O2 that night with no questions asked having to make a decision that night.

The Ghana game is the second in the group for Thomas Tuchel’s side, and whether or not England beat Croatia in their opener a few days prior, this will still be a crucial game that England fans can’t miss. Had this taping been at the same time as the England vs Panama game, it probably would be a completely different story.
