WWE’s former Titan Towers headquarters sold for $3.75 million

Titan Towers — WWE’s former corporate headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut — is off the market.

News broke this week that the property was sold in December 2024 for $3.75 million. It was purchased by real estate development firm MB Financial, which plans to turn the property into luxury apartments. WWE moved out of Titan Towers and into a new Stamford headquarters in 2023. That process had started in 2019 but was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Michael Massimino, the CEO and managing partner of MB Financial, told CT Insider that his company’s intention for the apartments “is definitely to do this within the existing building.” They are expecting to have more than 80 apartment units.

Located on East Main Street in Stamford, Titan Towers was WWE’s corporate home for more than three decades. WWE’s 1999 Super Bowl commercial was filmed there, and the building hosted the 2020 men’s and women’s Money in the Bank ladder match during the pandemic era.

WWE also recently sold its former production studio in Stamford for nearly $7.5 million. The promotion now has a production facility at its new headquarters, which is located at 707 Washington Blvd.
