Mia Yim tested positive for COVID-19 in a test taken on Saturday afternoon.

Yim posted a statement on Twitter announcing that -- while she had debunked a rumor that she was positive with COVID-19 earlier in the day -- she tested positive in a test taken this afternoon:

This morning at around 10;30am, I debunked a rumor stating I was positive with Covid. For that, I must make a statement. I have been getting tested every week for several months now, all have been negatives. I was negative last week. I got tested this afternoon less than an hour ago and it came back positive. Please respect my privacy. Please stay safe, wash your hands, and wear a mask. See you all soon!

Yim, who goes by the name Reckoning on WWE television as part of RETRIBUTION, had yet to be announced as an entrant for tomorrow's women's Royal Rumble match.

Yim appeared on Raw this week as the rest of RETRIBUTION accompanied Slapjack for his match against Xavier Woods. Woods defeated Slapjack but was laid out by RETRIBUTION after the match.

The rumor that Yim was addressing was started after Yim and Keith Lee (who is in a relationship with Yim) didn't appear on the January 18 episode of Raw. Lee also didn't appear on this Monday's Raw.
