After their plans were delayed more than a year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Seth Rollins (real name Colby Lopez) and Becky Lynch (Rebecca Quin) are getting married.

In a post on his Instagram Stories on Tuesday, Rollins revealed that he and Lynch are getting married today. Rollins wrote: "Seems like a fine day to (finally) get married."

WWE posted an article on their website congratulating Rollins and Lynch.

Rollins and Lynch announced their engagement in August 2019. They were originally supposed to get married in May 2020 prior to the pandemic affecting their plans.

Rollins and Lynch welcomed their first child, a baby girl named Roux, into the world last December.

Lynch hasn't appeared on WWE television since announcing her pregnancy on Raw in May 2020. Dave Meltzer reported on her status in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter:

Expect a return of Becky Lynch relatively soon. She’s been training at the Performance Center and was at the Hell in a Cell show. Lynch wasn’t used at WrestleMania as first talked about and teased by her because they were waiting for her to sign a new deal, which is now in effect and because they felt it was too early to debut her before she would be back wrestling.

Rollins defeated Cesaro at Hell in a Cell earlier this month and teamed with Bayley to defeat Cesaro & SmackDown Women's Champion Bianca Belair on last Friday's SmackDown.

There was an angle on last Friday's show where Rollins told Adam Pearce and Sonya Deville that he wanted the next shot at Roman Reigns' Universal Championship. But it was announced on Talking Smack that Pearce and Deville instead decided to make a Universal Championship match between Reigns and Edge for Money in the Bank.
