BVV: AAA & TNA going in opposite directions

It’s a new Big Vinny V Show with Vince Verhei, recapping last week’s TNA & AAA TV shows.

TNA Impact wasn’t a bad show this week, but it was plainly inferior to what AAA had to offer. Nothing on the former felt particularly important, while everything on the latter left you looking forward to the next show.

The theme on Impact seemed to be undercutting young talent including Ricky Sosa’s first loss in the company, Harley Hudson losing to an outsider in the Knockouts TV Title tournament, and KC Navarro getting a TNA World title match against Nic Nemeth, but doing so in the most pitiful manner possible.

Oh, and Fabian Aichner, who only debuted with the company a couple of months ago, has already recieved and lost his shot at the X-Division Championship.

AAA, on the other hand, had two excellent matches with obvious rewards for the winners, and a hot show-closing angle to set up the main event of their next big show.
