Randy Orton was born into wrestling royalty. His father, “Cowboy” Bob Orton, and grandfather, Bob Orton Sr., were both professional wrestlers. Despite early warnings from his father about the toll wrestling takes, Orton pursued the sport after serving in the United States Marine Corps.
