- The Bouncers (Beer City Bruiser & Brian Milonas) defeated Sons of Savagery in a Future of Honor match

- ROH Television Champion Jeff Cobb defeated Luchasaurus in a non-title proving ground match

Luchasaurus would have gotten a future shot at the TV title if he won or lasted 15 minutes. Cobb hit the Tour of the Islands to win.

- Cody Rhodes, The Young Bucks, and Hangman Page came out for a segment just for the live crowd. They tossed free T-shirts to the fans, and Cody said this is their last night in ROH. They set up a tag match against Jay Lethal, Flip Gordon & Best Friends (Beretta & Chuckie T) for later.

- Sumie Sakai & Jenny Rose defeated Team Sea Stars (Ashley Vox & Delmi Exo)

- Ian Riccaboni introduced Chris Sabin, Flip Gordon, Marty Scurll, and Dalton Castle and mentioned that they had all earned ROH World title shots. Riccaboni said they would face each other later to see who gets the first title shot, with the winner challenging Jay Lethal for the ROH World Championship at Honor Reigns Supreme on January 13.

Matt Taven came out as Riccaboni was about to introduce Lethal. Taven called himself the real ROH World Champion, cut a promo on Sabin, Gordon, Scurll, and Castle, and then fought with Lethal after Lethal got in his face.

- Women of Honor World Champion Kelly Klein defeated Nikki Addams to retain her title

This was Klein's first title defense after winning the WOH Championship at Final Battle. She cut a promo saying that she is looking to be a fighting champion by putting the title on the line in every match.

After the match, Jenny Rose came out and set up her challenging Klein in a street fight at Honor Reigns Supreme.

- Christopher Daniels entered in a suit, said Scorpio Sky and Frankie Kazarian were at home recovering after Final Battle, and said he has to say farewell since he lost his match against Scurll at the pay-per-view.

Daniels gave a farewell speech, but Joe Koff came out and said he's rethought things after how Daniels acted by saving Cary Silkin at Final Battle. Koff said he was offering a new contract to Daniels. Shane Taylor then came down and laid Daniels out, with Daniels being helped to the back.

- Dalton Castle defeated Chris Sabin, Flip Gordon, and Marty Scurll in a four corner survival match

Castle hit the Bang-a-Rang on Sabin for the win. Castle will challenge for Lethal's ROH World Championship at Honor Reigns Supreme, and Lethal came out after this match to congratulate Castle.

- Zack Sabre Jr. defeated Tracy Williams

Sabre won by submission.

- Madison Rayne & Dr. Britt Baker defeated Twisted Sisterz (Thunder Rosa & Holidead)

Baker got the pin on Thunder Rosa.

- ROH Tag Team Champions The Briscoes defeated SoCal Uncensored (Scorpio Sky & Frankie Kazarian) to retain their titles

SCU were getting their rematch after losing the titles at Final Battle. The Briscoes got the pin on Kazarian. Kazarian and Sky then saluted the crowd and spent time with fans at ringside after the match.

- An in-ring segment with Marty Scurll was next. He said he's coming after the ROH World Championship. He was then interrupted by The Kingdom, with Matt Taven saying that Scurll is kidding himself about going after the title. The Kingdom mocked Scurll for being alone after all of his friends left.

Scurll said his friends leaving doesn't mean he can't make new friends. The lights went out, leading to the debuting Brody King appearing. After the lights went out again, the debuting PCO appeared. Scurll, King, and PCO fought with The Kingdom.

Scurll, King, and PCO are going by the name "Villain Enterprises."

Their match was part of a tournament to decide a challenger for Cobb's TV title.

- Rush defeated TK O'Ryan

This was Rush's ROH debut. The Kingdom attacked him after the match and gave him a three-man conchairto.

- Juice Robinson defeated PJ Black by DQ

NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion Nick Aldis was on commentary for this. For the disqualification, Black shoved the referee into the ropes and caused Robinson to get crotched.

Robinson cut a post-match promo where he said you'll be seeing a lot more of him in ROH in 2019.

- Shane Taylor defeated Mike Law

Taylor won in a quick squash. He cut a promo after the match where he said no one paid him to take out Daniels, he did it himself.

- Colt Cabana interviewed Flip Gordon in the ring, with Gordon talking about wanting to win the ROH World Championship. Kenny King interrupted him. King said he deserves a World title shot and insulted Gordon.

This was a TV title tournament match. Young won after putting Bruiser through a table.

- Villain Enterprises (Marty Scurll, Brody King & PCO) defeated Cheeseburger, Eli Isom & Ryan Nova

Though this was announced as Villain Enterprises challenging for The Kingdom's ROH Six-Man Tag Team titles, Taven said they don't deserve a shot at the titles yet. PCO got the win for his team after hitting a moonsault.

- ROH World Champion Jay Lethal, Flip Gordon & Best Friends (Beretta & Chuckie T) defeated Cody, The Young Bucks & Hangman Page

This was an HonorClub exclusive match. Gordon got the pin for his team.

Bully Ray, Silas Young, Shane Taylor, and The Briscoes interrupted The Elite's post-show speech and beat them down. Lethal, Gordon, Best Friends, and Cabana tried to make saves but were fought off. Bully Ray and Jay Briscoe insulted the crowd.
