WOR: John Arezzi on his life in wrestling and his new podcast
Wrestling Observer Radio with Dave Meltzer and myself, guest co-host Garrett Gonzales, is back for the second show of the day. Joining us is John Arezzi who has a new podcast based on his old radio show, Pro Wrestling Spotlight Then And Now.
Dave and John start the show talking about Bruno Sammartino, who is one of the interviews on the second episode of John’s podcast. John goes into what happened when he left wrestling and what he’s been up to since.
He talks about meeting Vince Russo and how their relationship is today. He compares the music business with the pro wrestling business, talks about people in the business he knew would excel, and much more.
At the end of the show, we throw back to the interview that John did with Dave on the latest episode of his podcast from April of 1989.
