Becky Lynch, AJ Styles to appear on this week’s WWE SmackDown

SmackDown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch will be returning to WWE television this week.

A commercial that aired during tonight’s Raw advertised that Lynch will appear on tomorrow’s episode of SmackDown. She hasn’t been on WWE TV since SmackDown’s go-home show for Survivor Series, where it was confirmed that she wouldn’t be able to face Ronda Rousey at the pay-per-view due to a concussion and nose injury.

In storyline, Lynch chose Charlotte Flair as her replacement to face Rousey. Charlotte got herself disqualified at the PPV and then beat down Rousey after the match.

AJ Styles will also be returning to SmackDown tomorrow. He’ll respond to Daniel Bryan after Bryan turned heel and won the WWE Championship from Styles on the final episode before Survivor Series. Last week, Bryan cut a promo and called himself “the new Daniel Bryan” while speaking in the third person.

Tomorrow’s SmackDown is taking place at the Target Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
