Becky Lynch vs. Bayley, Kingston interview set for WWE SmackDown

Becky Lynch and Bayley are set to face off in their first singles match against each other on the main roster.

WWE has announced Lynch vs. Bayley in a non-title match for Tuesday’s SmackDown. Lynch currently holds both the Raw and SmackDown Women’s Championships.

Bayley moved to SmackDown in this year’s Superstar Shake-up. On last week’s episode, she lost a number one contender’s match against Charlotte Flair.

Lynch will have two matches at next month’s Money in the Bank pay-per-view, with her defending the SmackDown title against Charlotte and the Raw title against Lacey Evans. The PPV is taking place in Hartford, Connecticut on May 19.

An “exclusive interview” with WWE Championship Kofi Kingston is also set for Tuesday’s SmackDown. Kingston will react to Kevin Owens’ heel turn from last week. Owens superkicked Kingston, said he’s coming after Kingston’s title, and laid out Xavier Woods with an apron powerbomb.

The Schottenstein Center in Columbus, Ohio is hosting this week’s SmackDown. Raw’s participants for the men’s and women’s Money in the Bank ladder matches will be revealed tomorrow, then SmackDown’s will be confirmed the next night.
