Charlotte vs. Belair Women’s title match set for WWE Raw

A Women’s Championship match will headline the final Raw before Crown Jewel.

During SmackDown tonight, a commercial aired announcing that Charlotte Flair will defend her Raw Women’s Championship against Bianca Belair on Monday’s episode of Raw. The show is taking place at the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, California.

The title match comes just three days before Crown Jewel. At that event, Belair and Sasha Banks will challenge for Becky Lynch’s SmackDown Women’s Championship in a triple threat match. Charlotte doesn’t have a match announced for Crown Jewel.

Charlotte and Belair both switched brands in the WWE Draft earlier this month. Despite being Raw Women’s Champion, Charlotte was drafted by SmackDown. Belair was drafted by Raw.

Lynch also moved to Raw in the draft. The post-draft rosters don’t officially go into effect until the day after Crown Jewel.

Charlotte has held the Raw Women’s Championship since defeating Nikki A.S.H. and Rhea Ripley in a triple threat match at SummerSlam this August.

In addition to Charlotte vs. Belair, Monday’s Raw will feature Raw’s semifinal matches in the King of the Ring and Queen’s Crown tournaments. Xavier Woods is facing off with Jinder Mahal in the King of the Ring semifinals. Shayna Baszler is taking on Doudrop in the Queen’s Crown tournament semifinals.
