Dominik Dijakovic returns to the ring at NXT house show

Dominik Dijakovic returned to the ring at Saturday night's NXT house show in Cocoa, Florida.

Prior to returning last night, Dijakovic had been out of action since April due to a torn meniscus. He defeated Cezar Bononi in his first match back.

Dijakovic underwent surgery on May 7 to repair the injury. He had been in the picture for an NXT North American Championship shot prior to his injury. North American Champion Velveteen Dream retained against Roderick Strong in the main event of last night's house show.

- Mia Yim & Karen Q won a fatal four-way elimination tag match against Aliyah & Vanessa Borne, Marina Shafir & Taynara Conti, and Rachael Evers & Deonna Purrazzo

- NXT North American Champion Velveteen Dream defeated Roderick Strong to retain his title
