Roman Reigns vs. Rowan announced for WWE Clash of Champions

Erick Rowan has been announced as Roman Reigns’ opponent for Clash of Champions.

WWE confirmed Reigns vs. Rowan for Clash of Champions prior to tonight’s SmackDown. Reigns, Rowan, and Daniel Bryan then took part in the main event segment of the episode, with Rowan admitting to being the culprit in Reigns’ mystery attacker storyline.

Tonight’s segment began with Bryan demanding an apology from Reigns for calling Bryan a liar and thinking he was involved in the attacks. Rowan then ambushed Reigns while he was making his entrance. The show ended with Rowan standing tall after laying out Reigns and putting Bryan through the announce table.

Clash of Champions is taking place at the Spectrum Center in Charlotte, North Carolina on September 15. Here’s the updated card:
