WWE announces matches for tonight’s SmackDown and 205 Live

WWE has announced several of the matches for tonight’s episodes of SmackDown and 205 Live in Des Moines, Iowa.

In commercials last night, they announced that SmackDown would open with Shinsuke Nakamura. Nakamura began a feud with Dolph Ziggler two weeks ago before only being featured in a video package last week. WWE had also announced Naomi defending the Women’s title against Charlotte Flair after Flair won a non-title match last week.

Also scheduled for tonight is an AJ Styles vs. Baron Corbin rematch, Randy Orton vs. Erick Rowan in a no disqualification match, and a Beat the Clock series of matches to determine the top contenders for The Usos and the likely contenders for the SmackDown tag titles at Backlash on May 21st in Chicago. The teams involved are American Alpha, The Ascension, The Colons, and Breezango.

Also announced for 205 Live is a Neville vs. Jack Gallagher match.
