WWE Raw ratings up very slightly on Labor Day

Raw on Labor Day was up very slightly from the prior week on a night that included college football on ESPN, but much lesser cable competition.

Monday's Raw did 2.87 million viewers, up one percent from 2.84 million viewers last week.

With FOX News not running new programming, Raw was third for the night on cable, beating all the news shows and trailing only two college football related shows on ESPN.  The Florida State vs. Virginia Tech game on ESPN, which led the night on cable, did 5.58 million viewers.

Raw beat everything on television except ESPN, ABC, CBS, and NBC. It also beat CBS in the second hour and NBC in the third hour.

It was slightly behind last week in the first two hours but held the audience better than last week in hour three.

The three hours were:

  • 8 p.m. 2.95 million viewers
  • 9 p.m. 2.93 million viewers
  • 10 p.m. 2.74 million viewers
