Lio Rush has appeared for PROGRESS in the past and had an ongoing relationship with people backstage even before the company was purchased by Big Damo and Nikki Storm. A number of those people were retained during the sale and continue to work closely with a number of independent talent as well as people signed to the likes of AEW and ROH.

PROGRESS Wrestling’s next event takes place this upcoming Sunday, July 26 at the Electric Ballroom, which is the first time the new owners have run an event at the promotion’s ‘home’ base.
