Former WWE NXT wrestler reportedly enters free agency after TNA contract expires

Mara Sade is reportedly now a free agent.

According to a report from Fightful Select on Wednesday, Sade’s contract with TNA Wrestling has expired. She is believed to be in active negotiations with TNA but is also said to have been in contact with multiple other companies.

The 31-year-old recently defeated Tasha Steelz in the first round of the TNA Knockouts TV title tournament on the July 2 episode of Impact. She is scheduled to face Heather by Elegance in the second round on the August 6 episode.

Sade signed with TNA shortly after her release from WWE in May 2025. She had been with WWE since attending a tryout in Las Vegas in the summer of 2021.

Wrestling under the name Jakara Jackson, she made her in-ring debut in 2022 and later became a member of the Meta-Four stable with Noam Dar, Oro Mensah and Lash Legend. She adopted the Mara Sade name upon joining TNA.
