Bret Hart praises Dungeon Wrestling talent on MLP Mayhem
Bret Hart appeared in a video on the most recent episode of MLP Mayhem.
Hart spoke about Mo Jabari in the video. Jabari is described as Hart’s protege on his MLPWrestling.com bio page. Hart spoke about Jabari’s background as a refugee who came to Canada from Kenya.
Hart said:
“I think Mo’s got an awesome background as a real-life refugee. He’s got a great story and a legacy that he’s already kind of built on just his life experience.”
Jabari said in the video:
“It’s one of those things where to be here today is a life accomplishment, I believe, for me and my mom. We had all these places that possibly we could go and resettle. She wanted this country that was safe, that was loving, that was welcoming, and all that in one was Canada.“
“But I would say now, everywhere I go today, when people ask me where I’m from, without even thinking, I say I’m Canadian.”
Jabari wrestles for Dungeon Wrestling in Calgary, which is owned by Jabari and Hart’s two sons, Blade and Dallas. The promotion frequently runs out of the Victoria Pavilion in Calgary.
Jabari has yet to wrestle on an episode of MLP Mayhem. He has been teaming with El Reverso on recent MLP shows, including the ROH & MLP Global Wars Canada event on March 27, where they defeated Kris Chambers and Raj Singh. Reverso and Jabari also lost to The Swirl at MLP Uprising the following night.
