Another TNA Knockout reportedly departs company
Jody Threat is reportedly no longer with TNA after requesting and getting her release.
PWInsider reported Monday that the 38-year-old wrapped up this past week with last Thursday’s Impact event and that it was considered an “amicable” split. Her last match was a loss to Jada Stone in the inaugural Knockouts TV title tournament.
Threat debuted for TNA in March 2023 and put together a six match winning streak that brought to a loss to then-Knockouts Champion Deonna Purrazzo. She competed in 55 matches over the last three-plus years and was a two-time Knockouts Tag Team Champion alongside Dani Luna.
The Canadian is a regular on that country’s indie scene along with some appearances for U.S. indies.
It’s the latest departure for TNA this year that includes Mike Santana, Victoria Crawford, Sinner & Saint, and Steve Maclin to name a few. Mara Sade is also reportedly a free agent and it’s unclear what her future is.
