New TNA Wrestling signing announced
She didn’t make it out of the first round of the Knockouts TV title tournament, but Gabby Forza left an impression on TNA management with her performance.
Forza, in an interview with Denise Salcedo, announced today that she is now officially a TNA Knockout after signing with the promotion. She debuted at TNA’s post-Slammiversary television tapings in Albany, working a match against Indi Hartwell on Xplosion and losing to Jody Threat in the opening round of the TV title tournament. Forza was then brought back for TNA’s tapings in Philadelphia at the end of July.
This news is especially exciting for Forza given that it’s her first contract with a TV promotion. She was trained at Create A Pro Wrestling, which is co-owned by TNA wrestler Brian Myers. Forza has already gotten international experience in Japan and France in addition to starring on the US indies. She attended the first Lodestone women’s wrestling seminar that WWE star Bayley held in December 2025.
“I have very exciting news. I’m officially signed with TNA, which means I signed my first-ever TV contract after three and a half years on the independent wrestling scene and trying to take over the world, and I would say successfully doing so,” Forza announced. “Now I’m a TNA Knockout, and I’m so over the moon. It’s like my first time saying it out loud. I’m so excited to share that with everyone.”
Forza said she heard rumblings about the Knockouts TV title tournament but did not know she would be among the competitors until the bracket was announced. She wasn’t signed with TNA when she made her debut but has always admired the Knockouts division. Forza was impressed with how much effort TNA put into presenting her despite not being under contract at the time.
Before starting out in wrestling, Forza played tackle football for years. She balances being a “tough girl” and a “badass” with her friendly “The Gnomie” character.
“I really hate being on the sidelines,” Forza said. “I love celebrating other people’s successes and wins and stuff, but I’m like, ‘I want to be out there. I want to be getting down and dirty.’ And I love contact sports. That started really young, and I was always the smallest on my football teams because I was always the only girl.”
Forza credits her older brother for making her so tough, since he was the only football player who treated her like one of the boys and wasn’t afraid to tackle her. Forza’s brother is now the biggest fan of her wrestling career.
TNA Knockouts division departures —
The addition of Forza comes as several wrestlers have departed the Knockouts division. Threat (Forza’s TV title tournament opponent), Mara Sade, Tessa Blanchard, Victoria Crawford, and Myla Grace are all no longer with TNA.
TNA’s inaugural Knockouts TV Champion will be crowned in the coming weeks as the tournament continues to play out on television.
