AEW announces eight more matches for Dark: Elevation debut show

AEW announced eight more matches for Monday's debut edition of Dark: Elevation, bringing the total to a Tuesday Dark-esque thirteen.

The new slate will feature the return of Big Swole who recently detailed how her fight with Crohn's disease has taken her out of action. She'll face the returning Sklyer Moore in her first match since an early-January win over Alex Gracia on Dark.

QT Marshall will continue his recent storyline of a rift with the Nightmare Family which reared its ugly head again Wednesday in Lee Johnson's loss to Ethan Page. Marshall will face Marko Stunt who will be looking for his first singles win since a July 2020 Dark victory over Michael Nakazawa.

Red Velvet will make her return for her first match since being pinned by Jade Cargill in the recent tag team match with Shaquille O'Neal and Cody Rhodes. She'll face the returning Dani Jordyn.

Speaking of Johnson, he will be featured in a segment called "Rising Star" which is assumed to be a feature video package.

The rest of the new matches announced for Monday were:

  • The Sydals vs. Joel Nelson and Royce Isaacs
  • Miro and Kip Sabian (w/ Penelope Ford) vs. Baron Black and Vary Morales
  • Abadon vs. Ray Lyn
