Hangman Page & Matt Hardy teaming up at AEW Beach Break

Wednesday’s AEW Beach Break continues to be rounded out as a new tag team match was announced during Tony Khan’s “paid ad” on Impact Wrestling Tuesday night.

Following Matt Hardy’s management overtures to Hangman Page on last week’s Dynamite, the two will team up to face Chaos Project (Serpentico and Luther).

The match was announced during the rundown as part of the aforementioned paid ad and later tweeted by Hardy who said he and Page spoke again after last week and will look to punish Chaos Project for trying to ruin -1’s birthday party.

It’s the second change to the card announced Tuesday as Dark Order’s John Silver and Alex Reynolds will now replace FTR in the ten team tag team battle royal for a shot at the tag team titles at Revolution.

The live show from Daily’s Place in Jacksonville, Florida will also feature:

  • AEW Champion Kenny Omega and Impact Tag Team Champions The Good Brothers vs. Jon Moxley, Fenix and PAC
  • Dr. Britt Baker vs. Thunder Rosa
  • Lance Archer vs. Eddie Kingston lumberjack match
  • The wedding of Kip Sabian and Penelope Ford
