AEW announces Fyter Fest lineups for both nights

Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite saw some new matches made for Fyter Fest in addition to the announcement of the lineups for both nights.

The plan as of now is to film both nights next week at Daily’s Place at Jacksonville, FL.

Night 1: Wednesday, July 1st

  • AEW Tag Team Champions Kenny Omega and Hangman Page vs. Best Friends
  • AEW Women’s Champion Hikaru Shida vs. Penelope Ford (w/Kip Sabian)
  • AEW TNT Champion Cody vs. Jake Hager
  • MJF & Wardlow vs Jungle Boy & Luchasaurus: This match was made as a result of the action in the Wardlow/Luchasaurus lumberjack match Wednesday, a continuation of the recent MJF and Jungle Boy rivalry.
  • Private Party (w/Matt hardy) vs. Santana & Ortiz

Night 2: Wednesday, July 8th

  • AEW World Champion Jon Moxley vs. Brian Cage (w/Taz)
  • Orange Cassidy vs. Chris Jericho
  • FTR & Young Bucks vs. The Butcher & The Blade and Lucha Bros: This was made Wednesday when Butcher and Blade stole FTR’s truck and the Lucha Bros entered the ring from behind, surprising them with an attack.
  • Lance Archer (w/Jake Roberts) vs. Joey Janela
  • Nyla Rose will be in action with a “big surprise and announcement”
  • SCU vs. Dark Order (Mr. Brodie Lee and Stu Grayson) and Colt Cabana

Fyter Fest will replace Dynamite for the next two weeks on TNT.
