AEW’s MJF featured in official trailer for Violent Night 2
AEW star MJF is set to add another Hollywood credit, with his latest film scheduled to hit theaters later this year.
The official trailer for Violent Night 2 produced by Universal Pictures dropped today. The sequel film centers around David Harbour as Santa Claus but he is an immortal Viking warrior who familiarized himself with the Christmas character. Meanwhile, MJF stars as the antagonist creating chaos for Harbour’s character.
The action-comedy film is set for release on December 4. It also features Kristen Bell, Joe Pantoliano, Daniela Melchior, Andrew Bachelor and Jared Harris.
The former AEW World Champion has steadily expanded his acting resume in recent years while balancing his wrestling career. He appeared in Happy Gilmore 2 last year as Gordie Gilmore, Adam Sandler’s character’s son.
At AEW Dynamite Beach Break in July, MJF dropped the World Championship to Kenny Omega, and has been away from the ring since.
