Two new title matches in the works for AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door
Two more championship matches are set to become part of the AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door match card.
During Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite, fans saw a brawl break out between AEW World Tag Team Champions Adam Copeland & Christian Cage and The Dogs (Clark Connors & David Finlay). Shortly after the brawl, Cage and Copeland proceeded to challenge Connors and Finlay to a tag team match at this month’s PPB but The Dogs have yet to accept the challenge as of this writing.
Connors and Finlay jumped the champions on the post-Double or Nothing edition of Dynamite as they were celebrating their title win.
In another match made on Dynamite, Brodido (Brody King & Bandido) took on the Death Riders (Jon Moxley & Daniel Garcia) with Bandido pinning Garcia to secure the win. Shortly after the match, the reigning ROH World Champion challenged Moxley to an AEW Continental title match at Forbidden Door. After a brief moment of hesitation, Moxley accepted the challenge
