The 2025 men’s Owen Hart Foundation tournament continues to be loaded up by AEW.

Wednesday’s Dynamite saw the third entrant in the last three weeks declare for the expected eight-man field in former IWGP World Champion Jay White.

White declared for the annual tournament in a backstage promo with Renee Paquette, saying he wants to win the tournament and then go on to challenge for the AEW World title at July’s All In Texas.

It will be his second straight year entering “The Owen” as he defeated Rey Fenix in the first round last year before falling to Hangman Page in the semifinals.

White joins former AEW World Champion Page and former International Champion Will Ospreay in the tournament for which the start date is still unknown. It also hasn’t been formally announced that the winner will earn their title shot at All In Texas.

White will return to singles action for just the third time this year as part of Saturday’s Collision against Kevin Knight.
