MJF Inner Circle induction, Cody promo set for AEW Dynamite
As part of Wednesday’s post-Full Gear edition of AEW Dynamite, MJF and Wardlow will officially be inducted into The Inner Circle.
The duo earned their spots as MJF defeated Chris Jericho on Saturday, meaning they will join Jericho, Jake Hager, Sammy Guevara, Santana and Ortiz in one of the company’s largest factions.
In another announced segment, Cody Rhodes will speak in his first appearance since losing the TNT title to Darby Allin Saturday. He was gracious in defeat, but he and Allin were laid out by Team Taz (Brian Cage and Ricky Starks) after the match.
The only matches announced thus far include Penta El Zero M vs. Rey Fenix in a rematch from the World title eliminator tournament; The Natural Nightmares (Dustin Rhodes and QT Marshall) vs. The Butcher & The Blade (w/ The Bunny) in a bunkhouse match; and Tay Conti (w/ Anna Jay) vs. Red Velvet (w/ Brandi Rhodes).
