Moxley vs. Page, Danielson vs. Takeshita announced for next AEW Dynamite

AEW continued to load up for Dynamite’s return to Los Angeles, California, next Wednesday with two new high-profile matches and the reveal of Saraya’s tag team partner.

Jon Moxley will rematch Hangman Page if Page can get cleared by his doctor by next Wednesday. The two former AEW World Champions came face-to-face Wednesday following Page’s reveal that he has yet to be cleared from the concussion he suffered in his first match with Moxley in October.

In another anticipated match, Bryan Danielson will take on Konosuke Takeshita. Per the stipulations he agreed to Wednesday, Danielson must remain undefeated through February 8th in order to earn an AEW World title match with MJF at March’s Revolution. If he does that, the Revolution bout will be a 60-minute Iron Man match.

Saraya revealed that her tag team partner for next Wednesday against Britt Baker & AEW Women’s Champion Jamie Hayter will be Toni Storm. She made the announcement while sitting next to Storm and Hikaru Shida and the news visibly irritated Shida.

In a grudge match that has been building for several weeks, Jungle Boy & Hook will take on Big Bill & Lee Moriarty.

The matches join the previously announced finale in the best-of-seven series for the AEW Trios titles as Death Triangle take on The Elite in a ladder match.

Here’s the current lineup for Los Angeles:

  • Jon Moxley vs. Hangman Page
  • Toni Storm & Saraya vs. Jamie Hayter & Britt Baker
  • Bryan Danielson vs. Konosuke Takeshita
  • Big Bill & Lee Moriarty vs. Jungle Boy & Hook
  • The Elite vs. Death Triangle in a ladder match for the AEW Trios titles
