Queen Aminata challenges Mariah May for AEW Dynamite

Queen Aminata is shooting high for her next AEW bout, calling out reigning Women’s World Champion Mariah May for this Wednesday’s Dynamite.

Aminata came to Skye Blue’s aid during Saturday’s All Out pre-show after May came out and pushed the injured Blue down, punched her and then threatened to hit her with a crutch.

In a backstage promo shared on AEW’s social media, the frequent Ring of Honor competitor called out the champion for this Wednesday in Lexington, Kentucky:

Aminata has won her last three AEW singles matches. She and May have squared off once before with May picking up the win on an episode of Dynamite this past January.

As of this writing, May has yet to accept the challenge. She is coming off her first successful title defense at this past Wednesday’s Dynamite, downing former champion Nyla Rose. May won the title at last month’s All In by defeating Toni Storm.
