For the second time this year and for the second time since 2018, current AEW roster member Ricochet will make a rare indie appearance.

Announced on Wednesday, he will compete for House of Glory on Friday, August 1st from the NYC Arena as part of their annual High Intensity event. His opponent has yet to be named.

The show will stream live on Triller+.

Ricochet’s last indie appearance was for FSW as part of this past March’s Chris Bey benefit show where he defeated Rich Swann. Before that, his last indie bout was in January 2018 for PWG, losing their top title to Chuck Taylor before he headed to WWE.

The 36-year-old has a history with the HOG promotion dating back to 2014 when he won their heavyweight title in a tournament. He appeared just twice for HOG after that year, losing in title challenges of Anthony Gangone and Amazing Red.

As of now, Ricochet has yet to be announced for a match at next Saturday’s AEW All In: Texas.
