Samoa Joe vs. Chris Jericho Stampede street fight added to AEW Dynamite

A Stampede street fight between FTW Champion Chris Jericho and former AEW World Champion Samoa Joe has been added to this Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
The two have been involved in a feud for several weeks which has included Jericho’s Learning Tree members Big Bill and Bryan Keith in addition to Joe’s partners Katsuyori Shibata and Hook. The latter defeated Jericho, Bill and Jeff Cobb at last Sunday’s Forbidden Door.
On this past Wednesday’s Dynamite, Jericho, Bill and Keith attacked Joe, Shibata and Hook after their trios win over The Cage of Agony and left them laying. Later on, Jericho threw a fireball at Hook’s face following another attack.
The match is not for Jericho’s FTW title.
This will be their first singles match since an April 2017 edition of WWE Raw which was only the second time they have gone one-on-one.
