Skye Blue makes on-screen return during AEW All Out Zero Hour

Skye Blue is on the road to recovery after making her on-screen return during the Zero Hour pre-show of Saturday’s AEW All Out.

Blue, who has been out since July 20th with a broken ankle suffered on an episode of Collision, came out to be interviewed by Tony Schiavone as she is from Chicago where Saturday’s pay-per-view is being held.

Schiavone asked about her recovery and when she could return. She said it was just a waiting game and then was interrupted by AEW Women’s World Champion Mariah May who was planning on holding her championship celebration but decided against it.

The two traded verbal jabs before May shoved Blue down and started punching her. She was about to inflict further damage with Blue’s crutch before Queen Aminata ran out for the save, later challenging May for a match on this Wednesday’s Dynamite.

It’s still unknown when the 24-year-old could be back in action. She had surgery on the ankle ten days after she suffered the injury.
