Stipulation added to Tommaso Ciampa vs. Chris Jericho AEW Redemption match
Chris Jericho vs. Tommaso Ciampa at the upcoming AEW Redemption will now be a no holds barred match.
On the July 18 episode of AEW Collision, Ciampa faced Myron Reed and following his victory, he took a microphone and went to Paul Wight on commentary. Addressing Wight directly, Ciampa claimed that the “Psycho Killer” was coming for Jericho’s “Painmaker” and shared that he wanted their upcoming bout to have the aforementioned stipulation.
While Jericho did not respond to Ciampa’s challenge on the show, the AEW commentary team later confirmed that the stipulation was granted. It will be a rematch of their first singles bout at the Beach Break Dynamite that Ciampa won.
