Women’s Tag Team title tournament match set for AEW Dynamite
The first semifinal match of the inaugural AEW Women’s World Tag Team title tournament will take place on this Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite.
Announced during Saturday’s Full Gear, the Babes of Wrath (Willow Nightingale & Harley Cameron) will face the Sisters of Sin (Julia Hart & Skye Blue) with the winners advancing to the not yet announced finals.
All four women were part of a four-way tag team match at Full Gear where the winners got to create a stipulation for their semifinal bout. The match was won by Toni Storm & Mina Shirakawa who have yet to announce the stipulation for their eventual bout against Marina Shafir & Megan Bayne.
The first matches of the AEW Continental Classic are also on tap, but the participants and blocks have yet to be revealed.
The show will be the fallout edition from the Full Gear pay-per-view.
