  • This week’s Road to, which focuses onJake Hager & Daniel Garcia vs. Claudio Castagnoli and Wheeler Yuta, as well as Jon Moxley.
  • Chris Jericho paid tribute to actress Kirstie Alley on Instagram. Alley, best known for her roles on the television show ‘Cheers’ and the ‘Look Who’s Talking’ movies, passed away Monday following a short battle with cancer. Jericho and Alley appeared together on a season of Dancing with the Stars.

  • Pro Wrestling Illustrated released their top 100 tag team rankings for 2022, with The Usos, FTR, and The Briscoes taking the first three spots. Jay Briscoe replied on Twitter: “Imagine if we weren’t banned from TV…Usos my ass”.
  • The Usos on Twitter replied: “A lot of Salty ass tag teams out there huh??…#WeTheOnes”
  • Kyoko Kimura, the mother of Hana Kimura, announced she has filed a lawsuit against Fuji Television Network and two other companies. Fuji Television broadcast Terrace House, the reality show Hana starred in. Hana committed suicide on May 23, 2020 following online harassment over situations that took place on the show.
  • Shingo Takagi made an appearance on Tuesday morning’s Dragongate event in Korakuen Hall. He will be returning to in-ring action in Dragongate for the first time since October 2018 on December 25 when he teams with BxB Hulk to take on YAMATO and Madoka Kikuta.
  • Mills Lane, who refereed memorable boxing fights including Mike Tyson vs. Evander Holyfield, has passed away at the age of 85. In pro wrestling, he made a cameo on an episode of WWE Raw in 1998 declaring that Steve Austin should get a title shot against The Rock. He also refereed a match between Roddy Piper and Buff Bagwell that took place at Bash at the Beach 1999.
  • The first six names announced for WrestleCon 2023 in Los Angeles over WrestleMania weekend include Bret Hart, Mick Foley, Sgt. Slaughter, The Tonga Kid, and Henry & Phinneas Godwin.
  • The cover to ECW founder Tod Gordon’s memoir has been revealed. Terry Funk will be writing the foreward for the book.
  • NJPW’s website interviewed the current IWGP Jr. Tag Team Champions, TJP and Francesco Akira.
  • A look at Cassandro, a movie starring Gael Garcia Bernal based on the exotico wrestler’s life. It will stream on Amazon Prime Video in 2023.
