Seven matches announced for Impact Second City Slamm TV taping

Ahead of their two-event weekend in Chicago, Impact Wrestling announced seven matches for Saturday’s Second City Slamm TV taping.

The taping will take place in Chicago’s Cicero Stadium the day after Friday’s Emergence special on Impact Plus/YouTube Insiders.

A day after making his promotional debut at Emergence, Bandido will be involved in a six-way elimination match that will include former Impact World Champions Eddie Edwards, Sami Callihan, Moose and Rich Swann in addition to Steve Maclin. It’s unknown as of now if the winner will receive a future title shot.

In a four-way, former X-Division Champion Trey Miguel will take on Laredo Kid, Black Taurus and Rey Horus.

In tag team action, Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace & Mia Yim will face VXT’s Deonna Purrazzo & Chelsea Green. Grace and Yim will go head-to-head on Friday.

In a trios match, the Motor City Time Splitters (Alex Shelley, Chris Sabin & KUSHIDA) take on Violent By Design’s Eric Young, Doering & Deaner. Shelley challenges World Champion Josh Alexander Friday.

In singles matches, Karl Anderson takes on Mike Bennett; Killer Kelly will look to get her return going in the right direction as she faces Savannah Evans; while Heath continues his revenge tour against Kenny King.
