Mickie James segment to kick off Impact Wrestling

New Impact Knockouts Champion Mickie James will kick off this Thursday’s Impact on AXS TV.

James defeated Jordynne Grace for the title at last Friday’s Hard to Kill in the finale of her win or retire “Last Rodeo” run to the title.

It’s unknown what is next for James on the title defense front, but she does have a challenger already lined up in Masha Slamovich who earned a title shot at Hard to Kill by defeating Deonna Purrazzo, Killer Kelly and Taylor Wilde in a four-way.

As of now, the only match announced for the show is a Pit Fight between rivals “Speedball” Mike Bailey and Kenny King. The match will be held in a ring with no ropes with the bout only able to end in either a knockout or submission.
