Tag Team title defense set for next Impact Wrestling
The Kingdom will defend the Impact Tag Team titles against Heath & Rhino on next Thursday’s Impact on AXS.
Matt Taven & Mike Bennett recently won the titles and successfully defended them at Bound for Glory against the Motor City Machine Guns. Heath has been a thorn in Honor No More’s side and with Rhino now back from injury, the friends will look to kick off their first tag title reign.
Frankie Kazarian will officially relinquish the X-Division title after exercising option C on Thursday, meaning he will challenge Josh Alexander for the Impact World title in the future.
The ECW revival in Impact will continue as Call Your Shot winner Bully Ray will team with old friend Tommy Dreamer to take on Bullet Club’s Chris Bey & Ace Austin.
In a clash of former Impact World Champions that dueled in the Call Your Shot match, Eric Young will face Rich Swann.
