Former WWE World Champion appears on AAA on Fox
After weeks of teases, former WWE World Champion Damian Priest has appeared on AAA on Fox.
AAA’s new general manager, Rey Mysterio, kicked off the Saturday, July 4 episode of AAA on Fox and brought out Damian Priest as the roster’s newest addition.
Priest began the show’s first segment and delivered a promo in Spanish. He claimed that he has joined AAA to dominate the promotion and chase championships.
Apart from his potential title pursuits in AAA, Priest is also currently one-half of the WWE Tag Team Champions with R-Truth on SmackDown.
Despite Priest’s addition to the AAA roster, nothing is confirmed about his creative plans or duration of stay on the roster. Fans need to wait and see what the promotion has planned for him. Additionally, while talking about Priest’s AAA arrival, Rey Mysterio also teased a future appearance from Bad Bunny.
Priest, 43, began his pro-wrestling career in 2005 and performed in several pro-wrestling promotions before joining WWE. However, he has yet to wrestle in AAA.
