MLW Fightland announced for Philadelphia

Days after removing one TV taping from their schedule, MLW has added another as they will return to Philadelphia on Sunday, October 30th for Fightland.

The show, set for the 2300 Arena, will be a taping for Fusion.

While no matches were announced, MLW Champion Alex Hammerstone, MLW Women’s Champion Taya Valkyrie, Jacob Fatu, Mads Krugger, and Mance Warner will appear.

Last week, MLW changed their August 27th Fury Road taping to a house show, citing that the local promoter wasn’t bringing in as much talent as promised.

Their next event is Super Series, a TV taping with AAA for Sunday, September 18th, headlined by Hammerstone vs. Bandido for the MLW title.

Last year’s Fightland was also at the 2300 Arena and was headlined by Hammerstone defeating Fatu for the MLW title, ending his two year run as champion. It also featured the quarterfinals of the Opera Cup tournament.

Fusion returns in September with footage from late-June’s Battle Riot IV taping.
