Double contract signing, Evolve title match part of next WWE NXT lineup
A double contract signing is among what’s coming up next week on NXT.
It was announced on Tuesday that Tony D’Angelo and Naraku will finalize their match set for Great American Bash, as well as Kendal Grey and Lola Vice. D’Angelo signed the contract on tonight’s show during a face-to-face between the two future opponents, but Naraku rejected signing it right then and there, instead saying he would hand the signed contract to D’Angelo next week.
Meanwhile, Vice & Grey emerged victorious over Zaria & Kendal Grey in this week’s main event, but drama unfolded after the match as Grey struck Vice by accident, creating further tension.
Also set for next week is the women’s Speed tournament finals. Both Izzi Dame and Arianna Grace emerged victorious on Tuesday, setting up their match next week. The winner will face Wren Sinclair at the Great American Bash.
In addition, Keanu Carver will meet EK Prosper, Aaron Rourke will defend the Evolve title against Tristan Angles, Sean Legacy & Dorian Van Dux will team up to take on The Culling’s Shawn Spears & Niko Vance, and Saquon Shugars and Dion Lennox will have a face-to-face prior to their Great American Bash match.
