Lio Rush wins World TV Championship at ROH Global Wars Cincinnati
At ROH Global Wars Cincinnati, Lio Rush crowned himself the new World Television Champion.
Taped on June 11, 2026, and aired on June 18, 2026, fans saw Lio Rush defeat AR Fox and Action Andretti to win the ROH World TV Title at ROH Global Wars Cincinnati.
The final moments of the match saw Rush perform a blue thunder bomb on his former CRU mate Andretti for the victory.
The title win marked Lio Rush’s first championship in AEW/ROH as well as his first reign as the ROH TV Champion. Former champion Fox’s reign lasted 33 days from the time he won it at Supercard Showdown (taped on May 9) to the taping of Global Wars Cincinnati. He made five successful title defenses during his run as champion.
Lio Rush has also been slowly evolving into his “Blackheart” persona on television, appearing both on AEW and ROH. It is now to be seen how his new title win affects his other persona.
