Sol Ruca blacks out Twitter account after fan backlash over WWE botch
WWE’s Sol Ruca has seemingly blacked out her Twitter account following recent fan backlash.
Liv Morgan defended her Women’s World Championship in a fatal four-way match at WWE’s live event in Birmingham. IYO SKY, Lyra Valkyria and Ruca were featured in the bout. Morgan appeared to injure her ankle after a splash from Ruca, with the champion seen favoring the leg after it bent awkwardly on the landing. Morgan completed the match despite a visible limp.
After fans called out Ruca for the botch that potentially injured Morgan, the Intercontinental Champion blacked out her Twitter account.
She previously addressed fan scrutiny following a botched Sol Snatcher during her Raw segment with Becky Lynch a few months ago. Triple H advised her to refrain from social media given how quickly and intensely fans can react to such incidents.
Neither WWE nor Morgan have addressed and issued a statement on the nature of the injury and its potential impact on her title reign.
At Night of Champions on June 27, Morgan will face SKY in the finals of the Queen of the Ring tournament.
