Mike Santana World Championship match confirmed for TNA Slammiversary
TNA has confirmed Mike Santana vs. Nic Nemeth for the World Championship at the upcoming Slammiversary PPV.
In the opening match of the June 11, 2026, episode of Impact, fans saw Mike Santana successfully defend his World title against Eric Young.
After a close fight, Santana successfully defended his title as Ricky Sosa made his shocking return, distracting Young. After the match, Nemeth entered the stage with his Call Your Shot Gauntlet Trophy and inserted himself into the title match against Santana. Nemeth announced that he would be calling his shot for the TNA World title at the Slammiversary PPV on June 28, 2026.
Apart from the TNA World title, all the other brand championships are also set to be defended at the PPV, including all the singles, tag, and knockout titles.
