Controversial UFC middleweight champion Sean Strickland may have not made it to the Octagon for Sunday’s UFC Freedom 250, but did manage to briefly get into a WWE ring instead.

Strickland, who claimed earlier in the week that he was banned from the event due to comments he made about both Jeffrey Epstein and Israel, showed up at the fan fest before the event while streaming on Instagram, making it into a WWE ring that was set up (seen below).

He was then escorted out by security and removed from the premises.

Strickland later said on social media that he may face a charge of disorderly conduct, punishable for up to 90 days in jail and up to a $500 fine as it’s a class B misdemeanor.

Earlier in the week, UFC head Dana White refuted any claims that Strickland was banned, saying he wasn’t, nor were any music or media members banned. White said there were only so many tickets available and 1000 media members requested credentials, making it an incredibly exclusive event.

Strickland is coming off his May win over Khamzat Chimaev in which he won the middleweight title for the second time.
